Located in Olney, Maryland north of Silver Spring and West of Columbia, Olney Yoga & Wellness is in the Old Antique Village Center.
Charlene teaches a variety of yoga classes: Mixed level, Gentle, Pre-Natal, Yoga for Teens, Restorative and Yoga Fundamentals for beginners.

Blue Heron Wellness is located in Silver Spring on Columbia Pike (Route 29) in the Burnt Mills Shopping Plaza. Charlene offers both herbal and nutritional consultations and teaches a Gentle Yoga Class on Tuesday evenings.
