This practical workshop introduces Dinacharya as a tool for self-care, self-awareness, and sustainable well-being. Rather than prescribing a rigid schedule, Dinacharya invites us to listen more closely to ourselves and create simple, supportive rhythms that fit real life.
Through guided reflection, group discussion, and practical examples, participants will explore their current daily routines, learn the purpose and benefits of Dinacharya, and discover small, meaningful practices that can support energy, digestion, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
No prior knowledge of yoga or Ayurveda is required.
